Magnetic resonance imaging (tomography from the ancient Greek τομή/tome (German: Schnitt) and γράφειν/graphein (German: schreiben), abbreviated to MRI, is an imaging procedure used in medical diagnostics. It is used to visualise the structure and function of tissues and organs in the body and is completely painless.

With the help of MRI in Frankfurt, cross-sectional images of the human body can be produced, allowing the organs and many pathological organ changes to be assessed. Neither X-rays nor ionising radiation are used. Rays (Radioactivity) is used. Images are generated exclusively with the aid of magnetic fields and radio waves.

You scan your personal code on your cover letter with your mobile phone - and go straight to your recordings. Or you can use your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC to call up app.medneo.com/portal on

  • Enter your User names
  • Enter your password in.
  • You can now view the MRI images.

No special software is required and this service is free of charge for you.

3. safety standards

Encryption of the recordings prevents unauthorised access.

The recordings are transmitted in accordance with the latest security standards without being accessed by third parties.

All applicable data protection guidelines, e.g. the General Data Protection Regulation, are complied with.

The images are transmitted in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
